5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats1 cup unsweetened coconut chips1/2 chopped walnuts1/4 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup flax seed1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds1/2 cup unsalted hulled pumpkin seed(pepitas)1/2 cup dark brown sugar1/2 cup pure pomegranate syrup(recipe follows)1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup dried blueberries1/2 cup diced dried pineappleHow to Make the Pomegranate Nut GranolaPreheat oven to 275°F.
