The Samsung F110 Adidas miCoach will guide you through your first run to determine your fitness levels, it will then give you a range of goals that suit your fitness level along with a series of workouts to help you to reach your goal. miCoach will even create a personalised fitness plan for you.

This technology is synced to your mobile phone which can give you real-time voice guidance on your workouts based on the information.
