Without an understanding of how social media works, it can end up in chaos- or clutter. Too valuable, to say the least. Our businesses thrive today off of word-of-mouth. This is what sustains social media as well. So, let"��s just say that a company who uses social media is off to a great head start in our ad-free wanna-be culture.
