Hosts Tim Green and Lisa Joyner are the guides on the emotional journey as participants seek to extend family, gain validation and find answers to long held questions. The producers of Find My Family have proven experience in creating a successful series designed to warm the heart as it advances the importance of family. They are also responsible for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the ABC hit family reality series now in its 7th season. Empathetic host Ty Pennington is the contact person for a family whose challenges include living in a house that is either in some form of disrepair or does not meet the needs of its residents.
