| Nanjing was granted “Base City of Service Outsourcing in China” at the end of last year. On Mar. 5th, Vice Governor Zhang Weiguo, accompanied by Mayor Jiang Hongkun and Mr. Jin Daoqing, member of the Standing Committee of Nanjing Municipal Committee of CPC and vice mayor of Nanjing Municipality, attached great importance to service outsourcing when put forward an investigation and research on the work of open economy of Nanjing municipality.

Zhang Weiguo and his group put forward an investigation and research on the World Software Park at Gulou District, Nanjing Software Innovation Base at High-tech Zone and the production base of MG. They also held a symposium on service outsourcing to carry out face-to-face exchange with enterprises engaged in service outsourcing, including Motorola, Bearing Point, Hope Run, Sanshang Computer Software, Shouping Technology and Power Science & Technology,custom software development, etc. As is declared in the Planning on the Development of Nanjing Service Industry during the “11th Five-Year”, at the end of the “11th Five-Year” period,outsourcing and globalization, Nanjing municipality will try to achieve the service outsourcing output value of 30 billion RMB, with an annual growth of 40%,Localization Software, to build Nanjing into a service outsourcing base that takes the leading role in China and that is influential all over the world. |
